Site fees are due for the dates specified by you and are non refundable. Site fees are payable in full on arrival by cash or credit / debit card. We are unable to accept payments by cheque. Bookings are from 12.00 noon on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure.  Late departure may result in further site fees becoming payable. We regret we cannot guarantee a specific pitch or area. Alterations or amendments to a booking will be subject to a £10 administration charge. If you do not expect to arrive by 6pm on the day  your booking commences please advise us in writing.  If we do not receive notice we reserve the right to relet.  Late night arrivals may park overnight at the rear of reception or as directed by night wardens.  If you wish to be pitched with friends please arrange to arrive at the same time. The management reserves the right to refuse any booking or cancel any booking already made subject to refunding any sums paid without any further liability on our part.

In order that you may enjoy your holiday in peaceful surroundings we reserve the right to evict anyone who causes any excess disturbance which we consider may be spoiling other people’s holiday or is deemed unacceptable by the management. The behaviour of any member of a group will be treated by us as the responsibility of the other members of the group and misbehaviour by one could result in the eviction of all.  There will be no refund of any part of the booking.

An additional deposit (payable in cash on arrival) of £20 per person is charged when the pitch is for either male, female or mixed groups of young people.  For people staying in Eurotents the deposit is £30. This is returned on the day of departure providing the management have no cause for complaint and that acceptable behaviour has been maintained at all times, no breakages or damage has been caused by any member of the party and the pitch is left in a clean and presentable condition.  Deposits may be returned as a cheque if deemed necessary and are only returnable during office hours. Lost deposit receipts will be charged at £5.

During your stay, your pitch and surrounding area must be kept clean and tidy at all times.  Please ensure that the pitch is cleared thoroughly for the next occupant.  Failure to do so will be classed as unacceptable behaviour.

Any bus or taxi service is provided by an independent company and is subject to a small charge and they assume total responsibility for the running of the service.  In the event of fire, storm, tempest or any other occurrence which makes your booked pitch or Eurotent unavailable, we will do our best to provide suitable alternative accommodation.  Failing this we reserve the right to cancel your booking and return your deposit. 

You use Rosecliston at your own risk and the proprietors will not accept liability for loss or damage in respect of yourself or a member of your party, your vehicle, equipment, personal valuables, cash or property. It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.
Please state the size of your unit to ensure the pitch is large enough.  Without this or if the unit size alters we cannot accept responsibility if your pitch is the incorrect size. 

Tents must be of a reasonable size and quantity for the number of people in them.  We regret we are unable to accommodate excessively large tents or tents larger than six man.

The tariff prices only apply to pre-booked pitches.  Any facility may be reduced or curtailed at the discretion of the management. Swimming pool is usually available July and August. Showers are charged at 20p.

There is a minimum two person charge per tent. 

If you have not made a confirmed booking with us surcharges or alternative prices may be applied. If more than one pitch is booked we are not able to guarantee that they will be adjacent although this is normally possible if the parties arrive together. Deposits are not returnable in the event of cancellation.

No barbecues are allowed to rest directly on the grass.  Any scorching of the grounds will result in the forfeiting of all remaining site fees and of deposits.  No open fires of any description are allowed.

We recommend that anyone staying should be 18 years or over.  We do accept  16 years olds with prior agreement. If under 18 the booking form must be signed by a Parent or Guardian of the first named on the booking form.  They will assume full responsibility for the behaviour of the whole party whilst staying and on behalf of and with consent of all Parents and Guardians of anyone under 18 in the whole party. No alcohol is permitted to be consumed by under 18’s on site and any found in their possession will be confiscated and disposed of.

EUROTENT BOOKING

Bookings are from 4.00pm until 10.00am on day of departure.

The hirers will be held jointly and severally responsible for the content and fabric of their accommodation during the period of hire.  Any damage or loss whatsoever including subsequent hire loss or disruption will be chargeable to the hirers or their guarantors if under 18.

It is a condition of acceptance of your booking that the whole charge is payable even if you are prevented from coming due to unforeseen circumstances.
 
Cancellation insurance is advised.  Please note that the goodwill deposit as described above is £30 (payable in cash on arrival) for people staying in Eurotents.
